nova-r ships orders placed through our store to eligible addresses within the United States. The shipping destinations and methods available for a specific order are displayed at checkout.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free for eligible United States orders. Any optional expedited or special delivery charge will be clearly displayed before payment.
Processing and Delivery Estimates
Orders are normally processed within 0 to 1 business days. After shipment, estimated transit time is 0 to 1 business days. The normal estimated total delivery time is therefore 0 to 2 business days from the date an order is successfully placed.
Order cut-off time is 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (GMT-08:00). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding applicable United States public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, address verification, payment review, inventory issues, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may take time to update after a shipping label is created.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is required. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment. Additional carrier or reshipment costs caused by an incorrect customer-provided address may be charged where permitted by law.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Contact us promptly if tracking has not updated, a shipment appears lost, or a package arrives damaged. Include the order number, tracking information, and clear photos of damaged items and packaging when applicable. Keep the item and packaging until our review is complete.
